For your peace of mind, every company on our platform has their own insurance policy and details. When choosing a company through Omni Removals, all of your possessions are fully covered by our partners' Goods In Transit and Public Liability insurances.

We recommend booking a moving company as soon as possible. This is to reserve a space ahead of time - giving you peace of mind and the moving company time to start making preparations. Quality moving compamies tend to get booked out fast, so the closer you book to your desired moving date, the less moving companies will be available. Booking in advance also allows you to secure the price and stops it from increasing in the future. Once you have chosen your moving company, get your dates locked in as soon as you can.

Any and all of the moving companies that use the Omni Removals platform go thorough checks before the signing up process is completed. They must submit valid identity documents, proof of address, verify their phone number and email address as well as send through all necessary vehicle documentation and insurance policies. While that is one aspect of the selection process, Omni Removals selects companies based on the quality of work they do, their reputation and who they are as human beings - keeping everyone accountable and measuring them against our professional standards. to make it easy for you to find and connect with trusted, local moving professionals. Perishable food, flammable liquids and gas bottles, opened tins of paint and animals are the things we can't move - as much as we would love to have your good boy or girl in the front seat next to us!

As long as it doesn't require ultra-specialist skills or equipment, then yes!

The way we pack up your possessions and load our van is done with purpose - we use different equipment and techniques to ensure all your stuff is as safe in transit as it was in your home.

Of course! Whilst we do have a part-packing and full packing service, it is entirely optional. If you'd rather pack up your kitchen or your whole house yourself, then that is absolutely fine.

Bubble wrap, bubble wrap, bubble wrap. Let's be honest, we all love it. Otherwise, we'll use blankets or covers.

This ultimately comes down to your preference. As long as they're packed, we don't mind! Black bin bags and boxes are great choices here. If the thought of ironing all your clothes once in your new place fills you with existential dread though, we'd recommend putting them in wardrobe boxes - available for hire or purchase.

There are several factors taken into consideration when providing you with an accurate estimation of the cost of your move - such as; the size and volume of your possessions, which floor your home is on, access to the property, how many trips required and distances between addresses.

Unfortunately, not right now. Although being able to have our own storage facility and provide storage services is a huge goal of ours, and is hopefully something we'll be able to offer in the not-too-distant future!

If you need to cancel your booking after confirming, please speak directly to your chosen mover. With a confirmed booking, all arrangements are made directly with the mover so it is their service that you are cancelling. Once you have informed them of your request to cancel the booking, go to your Wise Move listing and cancel it. You will be asked to add a short note regarding your cancellation. That's it - all done.
